Application
STC series generators are to be used in town, countryside, worksites, mountain and pasture as electric power source for lighting purpose, It can also be used as a reserved power source for emergent case.
The generators are of drip-poof with rotary field type and harmonic excitation system,making use of the star connection with neutral point. The rated line voltage is 400v; Phase voltage is 230v;Frequency is 50Hz; Power factor is 0.8(lag). We can provide the generator with 60Hz and the other voltage according to request.
They can be coupled with a prime mover directly V-belt,rotating right or reverse continuously at the rated speed. When the revolution slip of prime mover is 13% and the load varies in the range of 0-100%,cosΦ1.0-0.8,the constant voltage keeps excellent. After a sudden change (increase or decrease) of load,the generators will soon return to their normal working state.The generator can directry start an unloaded squirrel cage induction motor without any starting devices.
Explanation :
The insulation system is class"H/F".All wound components are impregneted with materials and processes designed specifically to provide the high build required for static windings and the high mechanical strength required for rotating components .

Altitude and ambient temperature
All land used gennrator rated power refers to the altitude of less than 1000 meters and ambient temperature is less than 40ºC.
If altitude of over 1000 meters,increased by 500 meters,power down 3 %; altitude of over 4000 meters,pls consult factory.
Ambient temperature exceeds 40ºC ,incresed by 5ºC, motor power down 3 %; when the ambient temperature exceeds 60ºC, please contact the factory and consult.
