 FAQ 1: How is your quality and testing?
Answer: All of the generators are produced strictly according to ISO9001-2013 international quality management system. And at least 2hours on load testing from 50%, 75%, 100% and 110%.
FAQ 2: How long is your delivery time?
Answer: The shortest delivery is in 7days, this is happening at high rates, for we get many in stock. For others, our usually delivery time is in 30days. 35days might happen if you have some special requirements.
FAQ 3: What's your payment?
Answer: We accept TT and L/C. For new customers, we do 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
FAQ 4: What's your warranty?
Answer: 2 years or 1800 running hours, which comes first. Brand generators, such as CUMMINS, Caterpillar, DOOSAN etc are global warranty.
FAQ 5: How is your price?
Answer: All of our price are based on 100% qualified engine/alternator and 100% factory inspection before shipment. Guaranteed no refurbished machine and unqualified shoddy machine.
FAQ 6: Do you accept OEM?
Answer: Yes, we do OEM. Most time we accept OEM. But we ask authorization if the brand is registered.
