Warranty time:
During the warranty time, customer will enjoy ZDPower or local authorized distributor's good service and maintenance.
Specific maintenance period is as follows:
Genset warranty:Genset warranty time based on the delivery time and running time. ZDPower provide warranty time in the following table, special terms could be settled in the contract.

During warranty time, generator is used in correct way by customer, if there are malfunctions occur in engine/alternator. ZDPower or local authorized distributor will be in charge of free check and repairing. Broken parts will be replaced by brand new spare parts ,further more generator will be debugged well.
Warranty charges:
All spare parts and labor cost will be paid by ZDPower or local authorized distributor during warranty time. Customer will not take on any charges.
Response time:
ZDPower or local authorized distributor should response customers' claims within 24 hours and provide the relative service.
Exceptions for warranty:
Damages occur in customer's transportation.
Damages occur from customer's incorrect operation.
Damages occur from customer's self-repairing during warranty time.
Damages occur in war, earthquake, hurricane, flood, etc force majeure.
Customer could not provide the warranty card or purchasing evidence.
Q: What do you need to know for fast communication and quotation?
A: It would be highly appreciated if you can provide details of your rated output,rated voltage,and Frequency etc.,special diesel engine,alternator,control module brand needed, and other working conditions.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: 10 workdays, depending on the type of machine and parts availability.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Cash accepted.
50% deposit with purchase order, 50% balance paid before shipment.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: Quality control by incoming material inspection, 100% in-production check and random check after packaging. Spare parts and technical solutions provided timely for machine failure.
